Behind the app

Welcome to SoberQuest

Why we built a sobriety tracker that feels less like a chore and more like a quest.

Recovery is one of the hardest things a person can do. It is also one of the most worth doing. We built SoberQuest because the apps we tried felt clinical and cold, and staying motivated takes more than a number on a screen.

So we made something different. SoberQuest turns your sober time into a journey with real rewards along the way.

A streak you can feel proud of

The moment you open the app, you see exactly how long you have been sober, counted down to the second. It is a small thing, but watching that number grow is a powerful reminder of what you are building. Every second on that timer is a choice you made.

The timer counts every sober second from the moment the app opens. The flame stays lit as long as the streak does.

Milestones that mean something

Most trackers stop at the count. We wanted your progress to feel like an adventure, so we created 36 hand-illustrated badges. Your first Compass arrives at day 3. A Crystal Drake waits at day 90. The legendary Aurora is there at ten years. Each one is a marker of how far you have come, and a small celebration of the days you fought for.

Thirty-six hand-illustrated badges, from the Compass at day 3 to the Aurora at ten years.

Tools for the hard moments

Motivation is easy on good days. The real test comes when a craving hits. SoberQuest gives you a guided urge game to ride out the wave, a place to log your triggers so you can spot patterns, and a daily dose of wisdom to keep your reasons close.

One day at a time

You do not have to do all of it at once. You just have to do today. We are glad you are here, and we are rooting for you.
